Coaches Registration - Request Team(s) for the 2023 Fall HS League. NOTE you will be transferred to the old VEL website. Once completed, close the associated web browser tab

How Do I Create A Login account?

For Coaches, login accounts are created via the VEL Administrator and an invitation is sent to you via email...

Look for an email from SportsEngine
- Accept the invitation and specify a Password you'd like to use
Visit http://Virginia-Elite-Lacrosse.com and login (top-right)

Hopefully you can now Sign On and you are all set.

COMPLICATIONS

We have encountered issues with coaches who have login accounts with other leagues/clubs/tournaments hosted by SportsEngine (Madlax, Fierce Nation we've seen thus far). If this applies to you....

On your Profile Dot (top-right, blue dot with your initials in it)
Hit "Connect to Site"
On the "Join the Virginia Elite Lacrosse Network" dialog, select you profile and click on <Join Network with Selected Profiles>
Sign Out, then Sign On

Once you are done, you should see a superset of all the content you are entitled to see.

HOW CAN I SEE MY TEAM ROSTER?

Login to the VEL website
(top-right) Open My Organizations
Under My Teams, select you team's name
(left pane) Select Roster

I NEED TO SEE MY SENT EMAILS...

(top-right) Click on the Envelope (aka Messages) icon
At the bottom of the scrollable Messages window, select View All Messages
Under My Teams, select you team's name
At to top, select the Sent tab
