Word of Grace Parking

Address

13832 Redskin Drive
Herndon, VA 20171

Word of Grace Parking

  • Please be mindful of the No Parking Signs... many of the nearby businesses (especially across the street) have been known to tow.  If you are driving, build in some extra time to park.
  • Spaces always open up as the games turnover on the hour.
  • Note that parking is permitted in the Touchdown Deli parking lot (immediately prior to Word of Grace)

Field Entrance

  • Only utilize the Main Gate (to left of the Word of Grace Building)

  • Please respect the Word of Grace property and to not attempt to access the fields through the church entrance.  At no time should anyone, player or parent use the church to enter the fields at Word of Grace.

We have had a wonderful relationship with the good people at the church and wish to continue as such.  Please respect their property and enter only through the main gate.

"There are not enough of my teammates available to field a team.  Can I still play?"

YES!  New this season, you can register as a Varsity or JV "Free Agent" and you will be placed on a team in need of aditional players.

"My school isn't listed in the registration... what should I do?"

Teams must be nominated by your HS Coach prior to player registration (starting Aug 1).  Confirm with your coach that your school has team(s) signed up!

"Should I register for Varsity or JV?"

Reach out to your school's coaching staff for guidance.  If you don't have access to your coach until the start of school, make sure you have registered up for one of your two teams... your registration can always be transferred later.

8th Grader Eligibility

As a prerequisite to playing on a JV team, 8th grade boys must have...

  • The approval of the associate HS team Head Coach, and
  • At least three years experience playing lacrosse w/ the recommendation of their rec and/or club coach, and
  • Their parent/guardian's permission
